Elk Grove Gladiators – Free Learn to Play Lacrosse

EG LAX is excited to host FREE Learn to Play Lacrosse events every month leading up to the 2026 season!
Bring your friends and family and take advantage of this awesome opportunity to try a new sport in a fun and welcoming environment.

What to Bring

  • Cleats or athletic shoes
  • Water bottle

All equipment, sticks, and protective gear will be provided by the Elk Grove Gladiators.

About Lacrosse

Lacrosse is a Native American sport filled with energy and passion. Often described as a mix of hockey, basketball, and soccer, it is the fastest sport on two feet!

 2026 EG Lax Spring Registration is OPEN! 

Lacrosse season is here and it's time to get in on the action! Sign up now to secure your spot and take advantage of early bird savings. Don't miss out on the chance to join our boys and girls teams for 8U, 10U, 12U, 14U, and High School divisions.

Here's why you should sign up today:

- Early Bird Savings: Register by October 31, 2025 to lock in the lowest price of the year.
- Limited Spots: Teams are filling up fast, so don't wait to secure your spot.
- Action-Packed Season: Get ready for practices 2-3 times per week at Bartholomew Sports Complex, with games on Saturdays and the occasional Sunday showdown.

Make sure you have a valid USA Lacrosse membership through the end of the 2026 season and your player's info and payment ready to secure their roster spot.

Important Dates:

- Early Bird Ends: October 31, 2025 (Save $50 Off regular   registration)

- Regular Registration: November 1-30, 2025

- Season Runs: February through May 2026
